Roles & Responsibilities:

Research, craft, and execute exceptional itineraries tailored to delight our clients.
Customize trips to cater to individual preferences and specific needs.
Pursue continuous training to achieve and maintain travel certification.
Engage in webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in various destinations.
Manage budget reviews and planning to ensure trips align with clients' financial constraints.
Develop promotional materials to effectively market our services.
Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and ticket/event sales.
Maintain clear communication with clients before and after their travels to ensure satisfaction.
Resolve any issues that may arise during bookings or travel on behalf of clients.
Network with tour operators to explore potential packages for clients.
Flexible part-time or full-time commitment.

Requirements:

Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the US.
Effective communication skills with a strong sales background preferred.
Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory.
Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
