Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customize trips to cater to individual preferences and specific needs.
  • Pursue continuous training to achieve and maintain travel certification.
  • Engage in webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in various destinations.
  • Manage budget reviews and planning to ensure trips align with clients' financial constraints.
  • Develop promotional materials to effectively market our services.
  • Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and ticket/event sales.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients before and after their travels to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during bookings or travel on behalf of clients.
  • Network with tour operators to explore potential packages for clients.
  • Flexible part-time or full-time commitment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the US.
  • Effective communication skills with a strong sales background preferred.
  • Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory.
  • Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
