At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As part of the Workday Technology team you will lead transformative Workday implementations and drive innovative integration strategies. As a Director you will set the strategic direction for business development efforts, fostering impactful decision making while nurturing executive-level client relations. What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 10 years of experience within the Workday product

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology preferred

- Workday Services functional certification(s) in Integrations, Extend, or Prism preferred

- Demonstrating thought leadership in digital transformation and cloud integration

- Designing enterprise integration architecture strategies

- Guiding data strategy including migrations and reporting integrations

- Building commercial products using Built on Workday

- Mentoring junior and mid-level consultants in Workday technologies

- Promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusion

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
