Job Description

The Golden Spur in Columbia, SC is looking for one bar manager to join our 29 person strong team. We are located on 700 Lincoln St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged. This is a 6 days a week active Bartender position Tuesday to Sunday. SALARY PLUS TIPS position

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety
• Serve customers
• Develop new drinks and bar menu items
• Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of bar equipment used
• Licenses or certifications that apply in the area
• Experience in a bar position for at least 5 years
