Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to a high standard
Assist in serving ice-cream and other shop specialties
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Proven experience in coffee preparation (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Basic English language skills
Must have a valid Skills Pass or be willing to obtain one
EU citizenship or valid permit to work in Malta preferred
