Lead React Native Developer Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Lead React Native Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing mobile applications using React Native as a cross-platform solution. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mobile applications using React Native
• Ensure applications meet quality standards by performing peer code reviews and unit testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and develop UI based on API specifications
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues for continuous improvement
• Mentor and guide team members on React Native development best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with React Native
• Expertise in native iOS and Android platform development including proficiency in Kotlin and Swift
• Background in implementing design patterns and mobile development concepts
• Experience in agile project environments
• Strong sense of ownership and a good work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with at least a B2 level in English
