Skills & Qualifications:

An understanding of Monday.com, Procore, or Fieldwire are beneficial.
Ability to mentor and grow a team of systems specialists and entry level Project Engineers.
An ability to understand empathetically the issues and perceptions others have and to creatively and successfully work through these issues to achieve a successful outcome and customer and employee satisfaction.

5+ years of experience in managing projects in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry
Experience including but not limited to:

An understanding of computer operating systems including MS Office Suite of products.
A working understanding of AC power circuitry including breakers, multi-phase power, etc. (120VAC and greater)
A thorough understanding of HVAC systems and how they operate.
Understanding Project Specifications and requirements.
Ability to read and understand constructions documents, such as Plans, Specs, Contract requirements, Architectural and electrical drawings.
Ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to Team members.
Ability to successfully resolve conflicts and protect companies financial interests.
