Skills & Qualifications:
- An understanding of Monday.com, Procore, or Fieldwire are beneficial.
- Ability to mentor and grow a team of systems specialists and entry level Project Engineers.
- An ability to understand empathetically the issues and perceptions others have and to creatively and successfully work through these issues to achieve a successful outcome and customer and employee satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in managing projects in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry
- Experience including but not limited to:
- An understanding of computer operating systems including MS Office Suite of products.
- A working understanding of AC power circuitry including breakers, multi-phase power, etc. (120VAC and greater)
- A thorough understanding of HVAC systems and how they operate.
- Understanding Project Specifications and requirements.
- Ability to read and understand constructions documents, such as Plans, Specs, Contract requirements, Architectural and electrical drawings.
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to Team members.
- Ability to successfully resolve conflicts and protect companies financial interests.
