Position Overview
As our Online Review Brand Ambassador, you'll be the vital link between our customers' experiences and our online presence. You'll encourage satisfied customers to share their stories while ensuring all feedback contributes to our continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively engage with customers at key touchpoints to encourage authentic online reviews
· Monitor review platforms (Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, etc.) and respond thoughtfully to both positive and negative feedback
· Create engaging content that highlights genuine customer experiences
· Identify review trends and provide actionable insights to improve products/services
· Develop innovative approaches to increase review volume while maintaining authenticity
· Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to create a unified customer experience
· Build relationships with influential reviewers in our industry

Requirements
· Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable writing style
· Experience with major review platforms and social media management
· Strong understanding of online reputation management
· Ability to turn negative feedback into constructive opportunities
· Detail-oriented with data analysis capabilities to track review metrics
· Passion for authentic customer engagement
· Preferred but not required- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience
