Job Overview:
Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping others? We're looking for a Remote Call Center Agent to provide top-notch customer support by handling inbound and outbound calls. In this fully remote role, you'll assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive experience. What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and concerns.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
- Accurately document interactions and update customer records in the system.
- Meet performance goals, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company policies, products, and promotions.

What We're Looking For:
✔ Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume call environment.
- Proficiency with call center software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Five9).

✔ Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a remote call center or telemarketing environment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus!
- Familiarity with handling escalated customer concerns and de-escalation techniques.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience).
