In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking support, guidance, and information about our services.The Charity Customer Service Representative will play a critical part in helping our organization connect with those in need, providing them with the resources and assistance they require while delivering outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.

Charity Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to clients during in-person interactions.
  • Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and offer information about available services and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and timely service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of services and a smooth client experience.
  • Assist in outreach efforts and help raise awareness about our programs and services within the community.
  • Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere by engaging with clients in a respectful and empathetic manner.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
  • Contribute to team goals and collaborate on continuous improvement of service delivery.

Charity Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, nonprofit, or charity setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • A commitment to helping others
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
