We’re hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to support promotional events, community outreach programs, and nonprofit fundraising campaigns. This role includes full paid training , making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who are outgoing, energetic, and excited to start a career in event marketing, fundraising, public engagement, or community relations .
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing on-site marketing events and outreach campaigns
Represent nonprofit clients and communicate their mission to event attendees
Engage with the public to increase awareness, answer questions, and encourage participation
Support fundraising efforts by sharing program details and collecting donor leads
Set up and break down event displays, promotional materials, and equipment
Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic presence at all events
Track engagement metrics and support basic reporting and administrative tasks
Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure campaign success
Attend team meetings, ongoing training, and skill-building workshops
No experience required — we provide full training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule with occasional weekend availability
Motivated to grow into leadership or management roles
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
