Role Overview

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to support promotional events, community outreach programs, and nonprofit fundraising campaigns. This role includes full paid training , making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who are outgoing, energetic, and excited to start a career in event marketing, fundraising, public engagement, or community relations .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing on-site marketing events and outreach campaigns

• Represent nonprofit clients and communicate their mission to event attendees

• Engage with the public to increase awareness, answer questions, and encourage participation

• Support fundraising efforts by sharing program details and collecting donor leads

• Set up and break down event displays, promotional materials, and equipment

• Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic presence at all events

• Track engagement metrics and support basic reporting and administrative tasks

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure campaign success

• Attend team meetings, ongoing training, and skill-building workshops

Qualifications

• No experience required — we provide full training

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule with occasional weekend availability

• Motivated to grow into leadership or management roles

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
