Pay : $20-$21/hr

Schedule: 7:00am-7:00pm, 12 hr shifts, 2-2-3 shift schedule.

Overview:

• We seek skilled and motivated Extrusion Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in plastics processing - 12-hour shift, 7 am to 7 pm, 223 shift.
• We are looking for experienced Extrusion Operators to extrude films for food products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion machinery to produce plastic products according to specifications.
• Monitor the extrusion process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Perform quality inspections on finished products, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues during production.
• Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers for precise measurements.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational challenges.

Requirements:

• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements.
• Experience in plastics extrusion or related processes, such as blow molding or injection molding, is preferred.
• Blown film extrusion: 1 year (Required)
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
• Must be able to complete background & pre-employment screenings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
