Develop and refine ideas and concepts for the project, contributing to the core and meta gameplay features
Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation for both new and existing features
Take one of key roles in feature development – define the vision, get approval, create GDD, oversee pre-production, ensure delivery, and analyze results after release
Facilitate and actively participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions
Analyze released features, process data, build hypotheses, and propose solutions to identified challenges
Collaborate with other teams and GD community
Collaborate on optimizing and improving production processes.
2+ years of experience as a Game Designer in the game development industry, with a preference for completed projects in midcore or hardcore genres (non-hyper-casual)
Strong understanding of modern F2P game design, including both core and meta systems
Solid technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply findings effectively
Ability to create structured, clear, and concise game design documents quickly and effectively
Familiarity with the stages and life cycle of game development and production processes
Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work autonomously when needed
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to team interaction and problem-solving
Willingness to contribute to a positive and productive studio environment, sharing ideas and feedback constructively.
Experience in Wargaming games, especially World of Warships PC
Experience in prototyping or rapid iteration-based feature development
Passion for history, naval themes, and a desire to innovate and bring fresh perspectives to the project.
