Qualifications:

* 2+ years of HVAC service manager experience
* Must have operations experience
* High School Diploma or greater
* Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
* Must have strong skillset in commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
* Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork, modifications and design
* Ability to train technicians and oversee a team
* Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
* Excellent communication skills
* Some travel is necessary with this position
* Solid computer skills is a must
* Bilingual is a plus, although not mandatory
* Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
