Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and competitive Insurance Producer to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in building lasting client relationships by recognizing opportunities and turning leads into satisfied customers. Your in-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will help you communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that offer maximum value. Additionally, you may assist with strategy development and setting quotas to help our agency succeed.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update client insurance accounts.
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and general inquiries.
Provide expert information on insurance products and services.
Process claims and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
