A non-profit community health organization in Southeast Florida is seeking a Medical Director to lead and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for diverse populations. This role combines direct patient care with administrative responsibilities, focusing on improving pharmacy capture rates, managing provider performance, and aligning clinical services with the organization's mission. The Medical Director provides strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team to advance health equity and meet productivity, quality, and compliance goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Director in a mid-sized FQHC or community health center.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CQI initiatives and quality benchmarks like HEDIS, UDS, and PCMH.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Commitment to serving underserved communities.
