Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Partner Finance Specialist to manage and audit partner rebate programs, collaborating with a dynamic team to drive accuracy in financial tracking and reporting. You will be responsible for overseeing programs from Platinum, Diamond, and Silver OEM partners, working with approximately 40 partners in total. This role is key in forecasting partner program investment earnings and ensuring smooth collaboration between the Finance and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Track and audit partner program earnings, ensuring they align with forecasts
Develop a comprehensive understanding of partner rebate programs
Compare earnings against forecasted amounts to identify discrepancies
Ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting, and forecasting
Collaborate closely with the Technology Services Group (TSG) to understand bookings and revenue forecasts
Monitor OEM line performance and its impact on rebate totals
Support financial reporting and analysis for various stakeholders
Maintain up-to-date partner program documentation

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Proficiency in financial software and tools

Preferred:

Experience with partner rebate programs and OEM partners
Advanced knowledge of financial forecasting and auditing
CPA or CFA certification
Solid understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes
Financial modeling experience
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
