What You'll Do:
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
Oversee real estate projects, including vendor payments, insurance, and task management
Reconcile bank accounts and process payments
Handle day-to-day errands like picking up supplies, arranging meetings, and grabbing coffee
Work across multiple locations, including offices, homes, and project sites
Provide strong administrative support, including writing, scheduling, and organization

What We're Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience as a Personal and Executive Assistant
✔ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office
✔ Strong writing and communication skills
✔ A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✔ A background in real estate is a plus!
