A community health system is seeking a Retail Pharmacist to support a full spectrum of healthcare functions within this East Central Utah Medical Center.

As the Retail Pharmacist, you will report to the Pharmacy Manager and will be working closely with a team of tenured pharmacy technologists. The Pharmacist will also have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team of physicians and health practitioners.
As a Retail Pharmacist, this person will be responsible for maintaining accountability for pharmaceutical processes and representing the pharmacy in community outreach events and educational programs. This role will require participation in clinical pharmacy initiatives, patient teaching, code support, effective use of dosing protocols, and tracking of clinical interventions. This role will require knowledge of monitoring the effects of medications best suited for each patient and will counsel their patients on the effects of the drug.
