Job Description

Handcrafted Dynamic Brands is a privately-owned distributor of wine and spirits and is seeking a highly motivated and qualified route driver to deliver product to customer establishments. Depending upon the route, drivers will have an assigned time to report to the warehouse, given route information and load the product to their assigned vehicle, depending upon customer invoice specifications. The drivers are expected to provide our customers with high caliber service, always maintaining a top-notch degree of professionalism, honesty, and principles. This job will also require the driver to return their vehicle to the warehouse once their route has been completed and pick their product orders via an invoice for the following day’s route as needed.

• Unload and deliver product to customers daily, in good condition and timely manner.
• Provide high-level service to the client, maintaining a courteous attitude and service-oriented mindset.
• Produce invoice for each delivery and ensure completion of all paperwork from the customer.
• Collect accurate payment from the customer.
• Pick and stage product in the warehouse for customer orders.
• Load van with the product for delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
• Work in tandem with sales reps to solve customer challenges.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits:

• $16-18 an hour starting pay.

Eligibility Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
• Valid Driver’s License/pass MVR.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds routinely.
• Required to work in all weather conditions.
• Work well in a flexible environment with others in addition to working independently.
• Work to deadlines.
• Organized/attention to detail.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 1 (plus) year experience preferred.

Shift and Schedule:

• 9am-5:30pm Mon-Friday. 
• Full-time position.
• Requires flexibility to work overtime when necessary, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Handcrafted Wines is a national wine and spirits wholesaler with locations in Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, and Oregon. We stock inventory from hundreds of wine and spirits producers, and sell and deliver these products to retail stores, liquor stores and restaurants across the entirety of each state. Handcrafted has been in business since 1996 and is actively expanding.
