Job Description

One our leading client is looking for Scrum Master + Project Manager in remote location

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scrum Master Responsibilities :
    • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices to enhance team performance and productivity.
    • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project progress.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
  2. Project Management Responsibilities :
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
    • Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
    • Manage project scope, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  3. Stakeholder Management :
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication with clients and stakeholders.
    • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear and concise project updates.
    • Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations effectively.
  4. US Shift Alignment :
    • Collaborate with onshore teams and stakeholders during US business hours.
    • Be available for critical meetings and discussions that align with US shift timings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
  • Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe) and Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in the US shift and handle time-sensitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with distributed teams in a global environment.
  • Exposure to IT/Software Development projects.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
