Who Were Looking For We’re seeking a Strategic Content Writer & Multimedia Coordinator who’s not just creative, but a natural storyteller—someone who can infuse heart, clarity, and purpose into every piece of content. This full-time, hybrid role is all about crafting compelling, authentic narratives that resonate across platforms, with a special focus on elevating our podcast, Fertility Café. You’ll also play a key role in bringing our multimedia and marketing campaigns to life, helping us connect meaningfully with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
- Assist in the development and execution of content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Support graphic designer and video editing team for graphics, infographics, and video content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Implement editorial and content calendars and collaborate on creative storytelling
- Monitor trends and engagement metrics to optimize performance
Copywriting, Copyediting & Blog Support
- Write and edit engaging marketing copy for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Assist in the creation of long-form content and blog posts related to surrogacy, egg donation, and family building journeys
- Ensure all written content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and SEO best practices
Email Marketing & HubSpot CRM
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and optimization of email campaigns via HubSpot
- Analyze email performance, and refine strategies
Podcast & Event Marketing Support
- Monitor and promote the Fertility Café Podcast through digital and social channels
- Coordinate podcast marketing assets.
- Assist in marketing and promotional efforts for virtual and in-person events
Website & Digital Support
- Assist the web development team with marketing assets, graphics, and content updates
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including, lead magnets, and paid ad creative
Project Management & Collaboration
- Work within ClickUp for project tracking, task management, and team collaboration
- Communicate via Slack to coordinate projects efficiently
- Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments on marketing initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, and multimedia marketing
- Proficiency in Canva
- Basic knowledge of HubSpot is a plus
- Strong copywriting and editing skills across formats (blog, podcast, social, email)
- Experience with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies
- Experience in ClickUp or similar project management tools is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in women health industry is required
- Experience in fertility, healthcare, or family-building industries is preferred
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM EST (with flexibility in hours)
- U.S. Citizen ONLY
- Fully remote position, office in Suwanee, Georgia Competitive salary based on experience- Range $50,000-$60,000 annually, plus bonus commissions after trial period.
