Overview:

Job Purpose

Drive the day-to-day execution of Talent Acquisition by identifying and creating opportunities to work effectively and efficiently with internal clients while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for assigned client groups, utilizing flexible resources as needed to meet hiring demand
Drive communication between hiring managers, HRBP’s and Talent Acquisition to ensure excellent service and responsiveness
Lead the planning, execution, and management of recruiting efforts for assigned client groups
Develop consultative relationships with business leadership, meeting regularly to learn business priorities, hiring plans, and talent needs
Create recruiting pipelining strategies to build and maintain a continual supply of talent for ICE
Continually build relationships with candidates through community and organization engagement, attending hiring events, and participation in other talent sourcing opportunities
Build relationships with HRBP’s for collaboration on business plans, hiring needs, challenges, and recruitment strategies
Collaborate with other TA team members to share information, generate ideas, and leverage resources to facilitate high-quality, effective hiring

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
Minimum of 1+ years recruiting and proactive candidate sourcing experience in an exempt/professional hiring environment
Strong preference for recruiting experience in technology, financial services, or other highly technical and competitive hiring culture
High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented working style
Strong team player, with commitment to collaborative and communicative relationships
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and judgment
Ability to quickly build relationships, handle multiple priorities, organize workload
