Earnings: $29 to $34/hour based on your expertise
Choice of shifts: Days (7am-7:30pm) or nights (7pm-7:30am)
Work-life balance with a 2-2-3 schedule

Daily Challenges to Tackle:

Addressing mechanical and facility setbacks with urgency and professionalism
Investigating and resolving machinery issues efficiently
Regular checks on mold components and executing necessary replacements

We Value Your Experience:

2-3 years within the plastics or injection molding sectors
Experience managing high tonnage machines (4000ton)
Background with two-barrel Italtech equipment is advantageous

Skills We Seek:

Foundational math abilities
Experience operating forklifts and cranes
Mechanical, technological, and maintenance proficiency
Effective problem-solving tactics
Capability to work comfortably at elevated levels
