Loveland Ford is looking for an experienced in house rental car agent to oversee the our fleet of rental cars and our pick up and delivery team and service. This is an excellent opportunity for the correct individual! Loveland Ford is a family owned dealership in beautiful Loveland, Colorado servicing all of Northern Colorado and then some. We are Colorado's fastest growing dealership. REQUIRED: Minimum of 1 year rental agent experience to be considered. What we are expecting:* Excellent customer service - in person and over the phone.* Expedite the car rental process so customers can get to their destination quickly and stress-free.* Secure vehicle keys from customer upon return, and perform necessary inspections.* Ensure rental vehicle is ready for the next customer by cleaning/washing, inspecting for damages, and refueling if necessary. What we’re looking for in a candidate:* Valid drivers license.* Your own reliable transportation.* Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).* Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, reliability, honesty, problem-solving, self motivation and outstanding communication skills with guests, co-workers and management, (frequent communications via text, phone call and email are part of the day-to-day duties).* Personal hygiene, clean and professional appearance, and following the dress code is a must.** This position requires the ability to stand and walk continuously, enter and exit vehicles, and lift/push up to 50 lbs. Ability to work outdoors in seasonal weather conditions and with moderate noise level is also required. This position will be 6:30am until 3:30pm Monday through Friday and will also assist in the pickup and delivery department and help manage a team of delivery drivers and deliveries.
